Looking at the "Geeks on Line" site, if that is what we are talking about, I can't see that it makes any great claims for a Netgear connection.
So I don't know if that is right and how Ericwig got there.
If it is passing off in any way, then it could be something that ChristineT might like to pass on to the lawyers.
- EricwigAug 13, 2022AspirantI was using the Nighthawk application to install and it got me to a point were it told me that it had failed do to an error and to connect with support. Which I did and connected to an individual who said he was Netgear support named Sam. Sam asked what error was incured and told me my system had been compromised and that he was referring me to a technician which could clean my system up and install an IP firewall called SonicWall. I ended up buying a lifetime support for $549. Which went off pending last night. If legal could help it would be appreciated.

DId you get any type of case number from the rep if so I can check and see if you actually spoke to NetGear support?
