RAX50 created wifi 3rd network "TV.b," ??

My RAX50/AX5400 recently did some sort of update or just restarted on its own.  Current fFirmware Version V1.0.12.120_2.0.83   Whatever it did caused my 5G network to not be disappear on wifi devic...

I've seen several "smart devices" that create their own wifi network for setting them up. 

any of your devices not setup and connected to the router? I've seen them mimic the name of the router with a slight change if they'd already been setup

    That's why I asked what happens when the router isn't on.
