RAX50 device priority issues. (RAX50 Firmware Version V1.0.10.110_2.0.75)

I've been looking all throughout these forums for an update on this issue but no one from the actual Help Desk seams to ever respond.

I am unable to update the Device Priority for attached devices.

QoS is enabled.

I've tried numerous updates to the firmware.

I have tried doing both a soft reset and a hard reset of the router.

I've re-configured the router several times.

This issue exists on both of my routers, the RAX50 and the R8000.

Neither router will do device priority correctly.

It used to work fine a long time ago on the R8000 until Netgear stopped using Genie and went to the Night Hawk App.

Nothing I do will change the device priority.
