RAX50 download firmware update
I am trying to update firmware but get message of error when checking for new firmware. I have v1.0.2.82. Does someone know how to fix this? This router has been a nightmare!!

You can manually install it. Its usually the method I recommend is a manual firmware update over a hardwired connection.
Reason why is when we see corrupt firmware issues, it tends to be when updated over wifi or via the app.
You can get the firmware at the support site. Extract it and then follow the manual firmware update process.
