RAX50 is blocking most websites

My new RAX50 seems to be blocking all websites except for Netgear.com and Google.com.  I can get to all internet sites when plugging directly into the cable modem (Netgear CM1150V), but after setting up the router with the Nighthawk app, I cannot get it to work for any device.  I tried to fix the setup using the Nighthawk app, and it seems to not let me change the configuration any more.

    Is this a new install? 

    Did something change with it? 

     

    Try using a different dns provider like googles at 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4

    or cloudfare at 1.1.1.1

    What firmware is on it?
