RAX50 region selection is locked
I bought a rax50 router, but the router's region is limited to "China" and cannot be modified. I tried modifying the region via the console in the web UI with no success. There is no "enable telnet" ...

Netgear killed Telnet a while back on security grounds.
You can get it to work with early firmware on some older routers. I doubt if it was ever there in the RAX range. Too new.
Where did you buy it? In many regions they do not lock that setting. (The world is my oyster.) North America is the usual culprit, probably due to legal constraints.
