Glad you got it working. You should be good to go with this configuration. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

Thanks again for all of your feedback.
I went ahead and simply reserved the current (previously dynamically assigned) IP addresses for the AVRs in the router, along with those for my Oppo UDP-203 BDP and two android tablets that I often use for remote control of these three devices. I did not make any changes to the router's DHCP address range, and therefore all five of these fixed IP addresses fall within that contiguous range.
Is this not an acceptable method in your experience?
It's only been one day, but so far everything appears to be operating correctly and the Denon remote control app on my tablets has not had any hitches in finding the AVR, whereas previously the tablets would frequently go through gyrations syncing to the AVR, sometimes requiring me to perform a network reset on the tablet (after which it will unfailingly find the AVR).
