RAX50 resets to factory defaults after firmware upgrade to V1.0.2.82_2.0.50
RAX50 is setup to automatically update Firmware, and after Firmware update, the RAX50 resets to Factory Defaults, which is unacceptable.
Hardware Version: RAX50
Firmware Version: V1.0.2.82_2.0.50
GUI Language Version: V1.0.2.82_2.1.46.1
Why is this resetting to factory defaults after a firmware upgrade?

If the firmware change is large enough, sometimes a factory reset is needed because old settings can cause issue.
You can disable auto-updates and do them when you choose.
