RAX50

I just got a notification on my Nightgear app that a new Network was detected out of the blue. When looking at my devices there is a strange icon associated with it that looks like a dashed line circle around a smaller circle. It doesn't have an IP address attached to it. It's connected to my 2.4 connection, where most of my devices are connected to the 5.0. I don't know what this is so I immediately rendered it offline. Does anyone know what this is? Why it connected automatically and should I just delete it.
