RAX50

ust got his up and running this past weekend, hooked everything up. Then they pushed a firmware update the other night and now I can't get my Nest thermostat to find it, now my wifi light bulb controlled by Alexa, nor does it find itself in the nighthawk app!

I have rebooted the router to no avail.

I had a heck of a time getting Alexa to find it. All this after the update to firmware V1.0.12.120_2.0.83

Any ideas?

    Anytime there's an issue after a firmware update, a reasonable first response would be to try a factory reset and reinstall.
