RAX500
Hi All, I just got a new RAX500 router for the Wifi 6 feature. My problem is everything is working fine but the wifi 6. I can't get it on my Iphones or Ipads or Laptop all devices say they are compat...
Wifi 6 isn't the same as Wifi 6E.
Wifi 6 is simply wireless AX that includes 2.4ghz and 5ghz.
Wifi 6E adds in the 6ghz capacity.
No current iphone/ipad has 6ghz capability. So none of them will be able to view the 6ghz channels.
Not sure what laptops you have or what wireless card is in them so I can't tell you if they are capable.
If you respond with what the wireless card/cards are in your laptop I can check it out for you.
