RAX5400 lost remote access

I am overseas and have lost connection my camera and thermostat. The house is locked and the key is not available to anyone. The modem has excellent internet but the router has lost connection. All says it is disconnected. How can I restart the router without with it being disconnected from the internet. HELP

    How do you usually connect to those from a remote location?

     

    If you have enabled Anywhere Access for the router – I can find no RAX5400 in Netgear's system – it should offer you a reboot option.
