Whenever my router is connected to the Internet I cannot access it from the Web interface, it guess to a Netgear " access denied" page. If I disconnect the Internet I can access the router again. Anyone had this issue before and found a solution?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Factory reset the router and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser:
