Question

When I try to register my brand new unit that I purchased last night I get the message that it is registered to someone else how doe this happen and&nbsp; how do I fix it? Also it does not show up when I search for the wifi router. We have spectrum.&nbsp;

it might have been a returned devices. We see that a lot. you can follow the registration advice from the link&nbsp;FURRYe38&nbsp;posted.&nbsp;
Sometimes (if you bought it locally) its faster to just exchange it though.&nbsp;
