RAX70 2.4Ghz connected but no internet

what happens if you disable smart connect? 

Or try changing wifi channels on the 2.4ghz?

Thanks for your response. I don't have Smart Connect enabled and I've left the channel for 2.4Ghz as Auto.

    Did you try manually setting a channel?

    How many devices do you have on the 2.4gh?

      I have 17 devices on 2.4 Ghz.

      I will update the setting to use Channel 11 or 6 and report back.
