Hi, I have noticed that in the wifi setup on the RAX70 with regards to the 5G-2 SSID. When I select the Mode 'Up to 4803 Mbps', it takes ages for the SSID to show up and you can't connect to it either until it shows up. If you set it back to default mode, namely 'Up to 2401 Mpbs' it shows up immediately after a reboot. What's causing this and why? Is this happening to others as well? I have NON RADAR near by

Yes i agree, earlier tody i sent an email to nirsoft.net about the issue, in the app non 160MHZ routers i shown,I read that some routers specify 80Mhz x2 and sell it as 160MHZ routers, dont realy know how that works? and havent gotthe time to realy google it. I work as an IT-architect in Windows envoirement so i have some knowledge about networking andTCPIP.

Yes, there are many high numders of routers wifi speed in the market today Do you know (or anyone) what maximum link speed is for the RAX70. That would realy help me to solve this thread.

A couple things. 1.you might think you have no radar in your area but its not impossible. Its not just airports that use dfs frequencies for radar 2. Even if there isn't, it still has to scan to ensure that there isn't any. So it'll take longer using dfs channels

The RAX70 only works at 80MHZ, se picture. when i set full speed the 5G-2 (160MHZ) wont be found in the Wifiinfowiuv application or on my devices. No airport or radar nearby. My old R7800 worked on 160HZ whit DFS channels. Edit:I almost get the same wifi speed as i get wired from my ISP (1Gbps download and 700Mbps upload) so its faster than the r7800 router. The only way to set 160MHZ is to set the fastest speed but it doesnt work after that.

What region is the router set in? I notice your speedtest location is stockholm.

A couple things.

1.you might think you have no radar in your area but its not impossible. Its not just airports that use dfs frequencies for radar

2. Even if there isn't, it still has to scan to ensure that there isn't any. So it'll take longer using dfs channels
