[RAX70] Apply button in port forwarding does not do anything

Router Firmware Version V1.0.1.78

 

Recently purchased the RAX70 (listed as RAX80 because there is no option to choose the RAX70) and when I click on the apply button under advanced>>advanced setup>>port forwarding/port triggering, nothing happens. Have tried in several different kinds of browsers, can't get it to work.
