RAX70 do not give me max WIFI speeds when connected to a new ISP

I did a speed test from Netgear's Nighthawk app and got an 800 download speed, which is super!
I know the app is telling the router to test its wired speed through the modem. So it means the router does receive the 1G link connection.
So why does my laptop receive only 350Mbps?
For some reason, he has trouble transmitting it via WIFI. It's happening on 3 different new laptops; my PS5 also gets 300Mbps. All the connected devices seem to have a limit of 350-400Mbps for some reason - There are no limitations that I know of in the configurations, I set up the router from the start several times.
I'm out of ideas.
I know you said you installed from the start.
did you factory reset but pushing and holding reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on?
And during the install, don't install from a backup configuration.Just install it default and leave access control, parental controls, qos, and traffic monitoring all disabled.
What modem was it connected to?
