RAX70 Slow Wifi and Wired Speeds

Just bought a new RAX70 8 stream tri-band router and the speed is really slow on and the router is only 10' away so it's not a distance issue.

Here is what I have tested:

When I'm wired to the ISP's modem, I get 230mbps
When I'm wired to the RAX70 router, I get 60mbps
When I connect wirelessly on either 2.4ghz or 5ghz, I get 60mbps

Connected on 3 different Windows pc's and got the same 60mbps

Connected on my iPhone 11 and the Nighthawk app showed the same 60mbps

Here is what I have already tried adjusting:

- Support chat had me change to the highest channels for 2.4ghz and 5ghz and told me to wait a few hours, no change

- In Advanced Settings, set IPv6 to Auto-Detect, no change

- In Advanced Settings, checked Enable OFDMA for 2.4ghz and 5ghz, no change

Anyone know what setting might be causing this router to slow the speed down?
