RAX75- firmware update issue

Hello,

 

I cannot update my router firmware my using the app, it just thinks then states try again?

Anyone have suggestions to adress this issue?

    I'd highly recommend against updating using the app. Its usually where we see the most issues, corrupt firmware problems crop up. 

    I'd hardwiring into the router and update it manually.
