At the set up 5GHz wifi channel only show the channel all is 20MHz
How to set and select to 40MHz or 80MHz or 160MHz

What mode do you have it set to in wireless?
And what makes you think its only doing 20hz channel width?
to be able to tell, you'd need to install a channel scanner that shows wireless channel width. I think inssider and acrylic wifi analyzer both do it.
