RAX75 can't connect to the Internet / Cable Modem
For the past several days I've been dealing with an issue with my RAX75 where it would lose connectivity to the internet.
The power is on, the network is working, and the cable modem is working... I can access the CM1100 web interface from my computer... and according to that, my internet signal is fine.
But for whatever reason, the RAX75 can't connect to the cable modem and get an internet signal on the WAN port.
I've tried rebooting it from its web interface, I tried power cycling it, and that doesn't work.
I need to power cycle the cable modem, and then reboot the RAX75.
What's going on? Also this is brand new. I've had it for 7 days.
