RAX75 Erratic Behavior and Instability
I've had this router for several months and things had been working reasonably well until the past week. It seems to be running the latest firmware which it must have installed itself: V1.0.3.88_1.0...
"power hits' or surges are great at wrecking sensitive electronics. Especially the newer, more advanced they get.
If it is a corrupt firmware issue, rebooting won't fix the problem. Neither will resetting it as resetting only removes old settings.
What I'd try? reinstall the firmware manually over a hardwired connection, factory reset it, and then reinstall it.
I get that you have a time sensitive window but if its corrupt firmware, the reinstall fixes it, if its a bad/corrupt setting, the factory reset fixes it.
If you do both at once, you've covered your bases. After getting everything reset/reinstalled, make a backup. I wouldn't use one now in case it is a bad firmware/setting causing the issue.
