RAX75 Readyshare

I recently purchased the RAX75 (latest firmware) from Costco to replace my R6400. Previously,I had two external USB drives mounted to my R6400, I hooked these same two drives up to the RAX75. While, I can access the drives through ftp and https, I am unable to mount as network drives to my laptop running Windows 8.

I have tried typing //readyshare everywhere with no luck. I’ve enabled SMB1, I’ve enabled file sharing in private and public networks. I’ve tried “//everyIPassociatedwiththerouter” And I’ve added Windows credentials.

What am I missing? Frustrated and want my drives back so I can Plex....please can anyone help restore my sanity?
