RAX75 Wifi router allows non-authorized connections to connect to router

I am examining my wi-fi connections and I noticed that a Ring device somehow connected to my network.

 

My SSID was turned on...I just turned it off, but before that, I have a 13 character password using upper/lower/numbers and characters and this Ring device is somehow showing up on my connected devices and receiving an IP addy.

 

My RAX75 keeps poppping up with these random devices and I have no idea why?

 

Any and all info would be appreciated.

    Hello Thanatos69,

     

    You may need to perform a factory reset and run through the setup assistant again.
