what modem/gateway is it connected to?
are you using ipv4 or ipv6?
since you owned the rax200, have you tried a simple factory reset and reinstall? There was significant firmware changes with it and its responded favorably to factory resets after firmware changes.

- It is a Bell homehub 2000

- RAX80 not 200. I did try factory reset yesterday. held reset for 10 seconds and configured router from the start. No change though. Just the upload speed is the issue. 0.10-0.20 mbps is ridiculous. Can't figure out why router would stop the upload speed. Direct connection to modem gives proper upload speed.

My bad. had rax200 in my head from a different post.
one thing. The home hub 2000 is a modem/router combo device. Is it configured in passthrough/modem only mode?
Or if you've left it in router mode, tried the RAX in access point mode?
Otherwise you're in a double nat.

Enabled DMZ and selected my router as the device. Found online this is how you enable modem only mode. Didn't see any difference though. Still getting 0.1 Mbps speed.

Provided dmz was implemented correctly.
You can always try running the ISP modem/router in router mode and putting the netgear in AP (access point) mode. See if it gets the proper speeds that way.
