RAX80 - wrong registration on mynetgear.com , cannot contact anyone to fix it

Dear support community

I registered last December, 2019 , my RAX80.

I never had problems, therefore I never connected to mynetgear portal anymore since back then

I just bought an extender today, EAX80, and I discovered my router has been identified as the wrong model (RAX75), plus the country where it has been bought is wrong as stated on the site (it was Italy, not USA).

I cannot contact anyone from Netgear. No email for contacts, cannot create a case on the mynetgear portal as 3 months have gone, the warranty calculation is wrong (it is 1 year now instead of 2 years).

Can you please direct me to someone who can help?
