RAX80 5G signal is not broadcasting

My RAX80 has stopped broadcasting 5G for an unknown reason.  I've done a factory reset.  Loaded the latest firmware (V1.0.3.88_1.0.41) and tried various channels.  Nothing has worked for me.  Is anyone else having similar issues or can someone from Netlink support please chime in?

    How do you know 5ghz isn't broadcasting? 

    What are the led's on it (the router) showing? 

    Are you using smart connect?
