RAX80 cannot connect a windows 7 laptop
I cannot connect a windows 7 laptop as it is not even recognising the wireless network. This is occuring on two different laptops. I have successfully connected plenty of other devices.
Likely need to upgrade the wireless drivers on the devices that don't work.
If you don't want to do that, uncheck "Enable AX" under wireless settings in the router. Clearly you don't want to do that as that disables 802.11ax and runs the router in 802.11ac mode, but it might immediately gets clients connected until you resolve the issue?
