RAX80 DNS Resolution Frequent Crash

Hi All,

I suffer some DNS Resolution issue in RAX80.

[Issue]

RAX80 DNS Resolution Frequent Crash

Sometimes I won't be able to access the website through browser and mobile device, after checking about the issue, I think this may related to DNS Resolution Error.

I try to change the Domain Name Server (DNS) Address from "Get Automatically from ISP" to "Use these DNS Server"  ( 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4, 1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1) in RAX80 Config website. After I modify the setting, the issue will be resolved temporally.

However, I faced the same issue almost every week, when the issue happened I will need to modify the DNS setting from "Use these DNS Server" to "Get Automatically from ISP"  or "Get Automatically from ISP" to "Use these DNS Server" .

Today, I suffer the same issue, but the above method didn't work (I try for 4-5 times), after 5-6 hour, I try to modify the setting again, the DNS issue is solved temporally.

Does anyone knows the root cause of this issue and how to resolved permanently?

Please help and advise. Thanks!

Note: I didn't find any specific error or information from RAX80 Log everytime I suffer the issue.
