RAX80 does not respond to any UI input on web interface

Just got this on Feb 2nd, it is running FW V1.01.70 according to Genie. When I log in to the router on my win 10 machine in either Chrome or Edge it will not respond to any clicks.

    Can you explain that?

     

    Do you mean that your browsers cannot get to any web site? Or is it just the browser graphical user interface?

     

    What are you doing and where does it go wrong?
