RAX80 firmware update failed due to GUI update

I seem to be having some version of this issue. I am hard-wired to a 10/100/1000 switch and getting to the router that way. It is not easily accessible to where I sit. No issues getting to it, eit...

Perform a manual FW update using a wired PC and web browser by downloading the FW file as outlined here:

I would then factory reset the router and setup from scratch with out a prior backup configuration after the FW has been applied.

Makes me long for the days when Apple laptops had ethernet ports. 😕

  Just add a USB to Ethernet adapter to the mac book. I use them on mine.
