After the update/issue did you try a factory reset?
If an old setting is causing an issue, many times a reset after firmware changes can fix it.
- The-ArkSep 08, 2020GuideI did a factory reset.
Still can not use Link aggregat
I believe its firmware issue- jcaxSep 08, 2020Star
No idea if this following will help you address your issue, but I hope so.
I have upgraded from build 99 to 102. Had a bit of trouble.
I had link aggregation working with my NAS on 99, but had trouble getting the upgrade to 102 to succeed. It kept failing with error on updating language table (see this post https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-Routers-with-WiFi-6-AX/RAX80-New-Firmware-Out-Today/m-p/1971582/highlight/true#M12486.
I tried doing a factory reset on 99. After that the 102 was successfully installed as part of the initialization process.
Note that I had my NAS shut down during this whole process.
I updated configuration of RAX80 to turn on link aggregation. Restarted the NAS. Link aggregation reestablished successfully.

Thank you
Your solution works.
1. I roll back Version 1.0.2.76 & factory reset. (shut down all network devices~)
2. update firmware Manually to Version 1.0.3.102
3. Manually setup all setting.
4. Turn all network devices back on.
Everything works. (Link aggregation , Port fowarding, DDNS.)
I will still call it a bug.
It is very complicated update process.
Netgear will get a lot of complains for Router act broken.
