RAX80 gives out duplicate IP addresses

I have an RAX80 running firmware 1.0.3.88. Recently I've noticed odd connectivity issues for several devices on my network, both wired and wireless. It had mostly impacted android based devices, smart home devices, and gaming systems. However, yesterday I got a duplicate IP address warning on laptop. When I was looking in the list of connected deviced on the router I noticed several pairs of devices had duplicate IP addresses. I don't have anything configured with a static address. Everything is DHCP. I have one decive, a PS4, that is set with a static address though the DHCP on the router. Has anyone else seen this? Anyone have any ideas as to why the router would start giving out duplicate IPs?

Yes I ran into same issue. I reset mine and then manually reserved IP for every device on network since not many devices on mine.
