RAX80 GUEST WIRELESS ISOLATION NOT WORKING

1 day after my support expired, I have turned the guest entwork on and found that guest isolation does not work.

Checking or unchecking makes no differenve in the Guest Netowrk settings, "Allow guest to see each other and access my local network" when connected to the guest network you can always access the devices on the private network.

 

So without support how are you meant to let Netgear know they have a bug?

       My impression was that they don't wish to be bothered.  Especially
    when many "bug" reports are actually user errors.
