Have they been sending you beta firmware to test?
In the past I worked with them when I had a R7800 and the Readyshare wasn't working. They would send beta firmware until they got it right. I suspect they don't do that anymore.
I returned this piece of crap back to the store. I bought asus rt-ax88u router. It works perfectly.
