RAX80 Readshare Not Detecting Seagate 2TB

My RAX80 Readyshare not detecting my Seagate 2TB drive.  When I do a factory reset it appears briefly they disappears again.

    Hi cdnbacon,

     

    What firmware version is your router currently on? Has your Seagate 2TB drive worked prior?

      I am updated to the last firmware update. And yes it had worked prior out of the box before firmware updates.
