RAX80 ReadyCloud Remote Users?

I recently purchased a Nighthawk AX8/RAX80 router and successfully connected it to ReadyCloud with an attached external USB 3.0 hard drive.

I can log in to ReadyCloud and view/manipulate files on the hard drive myself. However, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to add remote users to share files/folders with.

All the of documentation I’ve ready says to hover over the shared folder and click the “+” in order to invite other users to share those files. However, when I hover over a folder, all I see is an option to share via a web link.

I would like to be able to invite other users to access shared folders to upload/download files. I know this is a functionality of ReadyCloud, and it’s listed in the documentation, but I just can’t seem to be able to make it work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
