Rax80 reverts to factory settings on reboot

I'm also having this problem and cannot even find a way to contact Netgear directly. No warranty = "pay to talk to us" so I'll probably just buy a competitor's router and consider this experience "renting" a router that started acting up after 18 months.... about $22/month. I'm certainly not throwing another $50 to Netgear for "premium service" not knowing that the tech will solve the problem or just keep repeating "out of warranty" when I already paid $400 for the router. It's annoying to lose your settings but the QoS setup is particularly onerous in a home with WiFi speakers (but as far as I can tell, it's absolutely necessary to prioritize their traffic).
