RAX80 slow Ethernet and wifi
I'm on firmware V1.0.1.58_1.0.24. I have QoS disabled, just installed the Intel AX200 wifi 6 chip in my Dell Inspiron 7568 2-in-1 in the m.2 slot, and tried transferring a file from a powered USB 3.0...

Which problem are you trying to fix? USB speeds? LAN speeds? Wifi speeds?
There won't be a single solution to fix them all, so take things a step at a time.
Let's start here:

Check this forum for discussions on the Intel device and the drivers you need.

I've already installed Intel AX200 driver version 21.20.0.5, dated 5/28/2019, and have selected '4. 802.11ax' for '802.11 n/ac/ax wireless mode' in the wifi chip properties, under the Advanced tab. I've also enabled AX in the router settings. Anything else I can do?

Just updated the Intel AX200 driver to 5/30/2019 version 21.20.1.1, and tried transferring files from the USB attached hard drive, and the speed is still capped at 30 megabytes/s. There must be something that is capping the speed. I set the 5Ghz wifi network channel to Auto, so it should find the best channel, right?

If you have the traffic meter on, turn it off. It was seriously limiting my internet speed, may also limit transfers.

Tried with it off?
These things have all manner of settings that can conflict with one another. Even things like smart connect have been known to slow things people.
Did you ever tell us what the modem is in front of this thing?
Have you tried older firmware?

If I turn off the AX mode in the router, can I still get AX speeds?
I have smart connect disabled as well, because I want to make sure I'm connecting only to the 5Ghz network, and getting the fastest speed.
The modem is a Verizon-supplied Actiontec MI424WR Rev F, but so far, I'm only testing LAN and WLAN speeds because my focus is on streaming 4K home videos.
I did test with the December version of the firmware, I believe, before I got frustrated with the speed and upgraded to the latest.
