Can't find confidence in this product, when it's doing such weird behaviors. I don't want to miss the exchange period - if I can fix it.
If you search the forums you'll see that just about everyone here is complaining of slow wifi on the RAX80. I opened a support ticket when I was in warranty but they didnt type what we did to fix my issue. After a factory reset I lost the settings and now I'm slow again.
