Rax80 vpn unable to connect

I'm not sure what I'm missing here. I've followed the instructions and tried both android and windows and both don't work. They only work when I'm in my LAN which it makes me think it's either a security setting or something needs to be unblocked but can't find anything on the router settings. Any ideas?
