This is an odd one... I upgraded firmware on RAX80 to V1.0.3.88_1.0.41 and now none of my wireless devices can reach ethernet attached devices on same local network. On the flip side wireless dev...

It looks like that firmware was just pushed out 5/29.
And you've tried the factory reset.
I'd open a support ticket with netgear if you're still within warranty just so they're aware of the issue.
I'd then downgrade to the prior version of the firmware.

Downgaded to firmware V1.0.2.76_1.0.35 and problem went away. Didn't even reset the router.

Glad to hear you got it working!
Did you get a chance to send a notice to the support team so they're aware of the issue?

Just sent one. THanks again.
- thatrevguyJun 11, 2020GuideGot a canned answer about how I'm past 90 days tech support. Does not appear they even read the ticket. I will not be buying another netgear product again if they cannot be held accountable for their firmware changes.
- plemansJun 11, 2020Guru - Experienced UserI'm sure its an automated response. its at least in the system and on here. That's the whole point of it is just to make them aware. Support isn't the ones who fix firmware but if they get enough notices about devices having the same issue, then resources are directed at it.
And it might seem like a lot of devices are having issues when you search the forums because its where people come with problems but compared to whats been sold? its probably a small percentage.
I've had routers from netgear, cisco, tplink, and others and netgear seems to issue more updates than most. I have a flagship router from tplink that didn't get a single update/fix even though there was bugs. Its a struggle.
