This has been occurring for at least the last 3 - 4 firmware revisions so I doubt that rolling back is going to resolve this issue.

I too am running the latest firmware revision on the RAX80 (V1.0.3.102_1.0.48). I can usually expect a complete crash and restart at least once a day. There is something fundamentally wrong in the firmware that is causing this issue. I too see entries like this in the logs after the crash:

Wednesday, Dec 31,1969 19:00:00Great that it is blocking the attack, but it would appear to me there is a buffer overflow problem somewhere in the firmware and it has been there through the last several firmware updates. Netgear, it would be great if you provided some sort of tool/utility that we could help you solve this. Similiar to the crash reports that Apple/Microsoft allow you to send.
