set your speeds at "up to 2400mbps".
When its set for "up to 4800mbps" it has to be 160hz wide and that uses the dfs channels.
If something is broadcasting on those channels, they have to switch off them and that can cause drops when it does so.
If you're in an area with DFS, I'd avoid those channels for stability.

While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
Nighthawk Routers with WiFi 6 (AX) - NETGEAR Communities
You might like to search there for messages related to your problem.
I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
Check for various troubleshooting tips.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

What actual channel do you have selected for the 5ghz?
Make sure to avoid any dfs channels as you can get drops if there's radar in your area.
Its only the 5ghz? 2.4 and 6ghz are fine?

thank for the reply ,
Its only 5GH and channel = 06 , mode up to 600Mps
2.5 + 6 appear to be fine
