The main reason where Netgear must suppress the region settings are the FCC regulations - so models sold in the US.
There is only one firmware for all markets.
What model id does your RAXE300 show on the back: Is it a RAXE300-100NAS (that would be a North American FCC version) or a RAXE300-100EUS? The RAXE300-100CNS is the version for the Chinese market, the RAXE300-100PAS is the version for the Asia-Pacific market.

thanks for your help, but no word on the back side -100nas or -100eus or -100cns or -100pas
it's just say model raxe300 and have address netgear uk

Well possible the manufacturer product designation isn't printed on the device. As you mentioned the Netgear UK mark, its a European model - with the hardware version -100xxx (what could vary) and the market designation -nnnEUS - this visible on the shipping box label only.
Worth a try to tweak the Web UI code as it was suggested before. And hope the change can be applied and saved, different from the FCC models.

It us on the box.
In older devices there is a "command line" option for changing the country. But they killed Telnet which ruled that out.
