Well possible the manufacturer product designation isn't printed on the device. As you mentioned the Netgear UK mark, its a European model - with the hardware version -100xxx (what could vary) and the market designation -nnnEUS - this visible on the shipping box label only.
Worth a try to tweak the Web UI code as it was suggested before. And hope the change can be applied and saved, different from the FCC models.

It us on the box.
In older devices there is a "command line" option for changing the country. But they killed Telnet which ruled that out.

For many years, Netgear supplies "world-wide" (WW) devices to most, AFAIK all markets except of FCC/US. The Web UI allowed to select the country/region resp. the regulatory area.
Considering the R7000 for example is in the market for not less than 10 years... I don't remember when this fancy shell (telnet) access was removed. We're becoming old michaelkenward

Old? I prefer ancient.
One of those firmware changes for "security" improvements. It went around the same time as they replaced the Netgear Genie mobile app in favour of the Nighthawk
There was an "Enable telnet" option in the "debug" page.
You may be able to restore it in the R7000P by installing the original firmware. (I seem to recall that we had to use it on beta tests of the R7800.) Newer routers had it blocked from day one.

yes on the box/barcode they print 100EUS.
I have another one rounter RAX200 i can select/change region (I bought it from EBAY). But i don't understand why a new model RAXE300 cannot do.
I do ask supporting group, he just say please try to find out and load the different firmware. But he did not say where is the firmware and how to get it. This is what he answer :
"With regards to your inquiry on "How to change the region in the router?" Apparently, the region is locked based on the place it was manufactured and also the firmware loaded on it. If you want to change it, you may try loading a different firmware."

A library of official firmware for each router is on the support pages fo the device concerned.
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
That page will also have any software, firmware and drivers for your device, if they exist.
