Brand and model# ISP modem that the RAXE is connected too?
CAT# LAN cable used between the ISP modem and RAXE router? CAT6A STP is recommended.
If you disable IPv6, does IPv4 on the WAN side still drop?
Not sure when new FW will be posted. Might try going back a prior Fw version to see if this helps any...
