When I go to the status pag it shows I’m not connected. Wh n I look for the reason it says my Ethernet cabl is not connected. But it is. It was working just fine with the router I’m replacing. When I use Windows internet troubleshooter I tells me that my DNS server might be unavailable. When I go to the nether website to open a case the web page just sits there are thinking. H please!

What is the brand name and model number of the upstream device connected between your RAXE300 and the internet?

Concerned with the part about "for fees".   Not sure what you mean?

Since you connected your new router, have you done a complete power down of your network and restarted it in sequence?

In case you have not done so, pull the power cord and power down your modem/ONT (upstream device) and disconnect the Ethernet cord.

Pull the power cord for your RAXE300.

Connect the power cord and boot the upstream device.  Give it plenty of time to fully boot and connect to the internet.  It should have some type of LED that indicates an internet connection.  Wait until it illuminates.

Connect the Ethernet cord to your RAXE300 and connect the power cord to boot it up.  Give it plenty of time to fully boot and wait for the internet connection LED to illuminate.

You should now have access to the internet.
