RAXE500 - Connectivity
We have rented an office space that has Century Link Fiber into the building. We were given a cable with an RJ45 connector that comes from the "Century Link" box in in the IT room. WE attempted to plug directly into the RAXE500. We have been to countless places and no one has input into what we need to do. We have purchased a Yaunley PoE Injector (did not work), an Onet Fiber optic media Converter (has a duplex fiber plug input, with an RJ45 output (cannot connect, as there are no adapters for the Duplex Fiber to RJ45), we have purchased a Century Link C4000BG/Z, and again, did not work. What do we need to do, in order to connect the drop from the Century Link box (RJ45 connector) to the RAXE500? We are at our wits end. I have not called Century Link, as it is not our account, and the owner is out of town for a week and the last thing I want to do is foul up his account/billing.

You are at a real disadvantage not knowing what function the "Century Link" box in the IT room performs. Is it simply an Optical Network Terminal (ONT) or a combination ONT router device? Does it have only one RJ45 output connection or are there several? If you are able to physically see the device and come up with a brand name and model number that could be helpful.
It's coming from a "AdTran NetVanta 5660 (Class / Laser Product) and the cord is coming from a "T4" port

The AdTran NetVanta 5660 is a router. You are trying to connect a router (RAXE500) to an existing router and creating a double NAT configuration. Not good. Explanation here: https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-double-NAT-and-why-is-it-bad.
Your best option is to configure your RAXE500 as a Wi-Fi access point and let the AdTran device handle the routing functions.
Go to the Downloads section at the top of this page, feed in your router model number (RAXE500) and download the PDF user manual. Instructions on configuring your router as a Wi-Fi access point start on page 94. Once you have the configuration change made, power down your RAXE500, connect the Ethernet cable from the IT room, and power up your RAXE500. You will have control over your broadcast Wi-Fi SSID's and passwords from your RAXE500.
